Settings

The Settings section manages the current user's account parameters and the organisation's (tenant's) shared settings.

User profile

The profile sub-section manages personal account data:

Personal data

  • Name — the display name shown for the user in the system.
  • Email — the email address used for sign-in and notifications.

To save changes, click "Save".

Changing the password

To change the account password:

  1. Enter the current password to confirm authority.
  2. Enter the new password.
  3. Repeat the new password to rule out typos.
  4. Click "Change password".

If you use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, the new password is set on a dedicated page through a link sent to the email address.

Tenant settings

The organisation settings sub-section is available to users with the administrator role and contains the shared tenant parameters:

Core data

  • Organisation name — the tenant name shown in the UI.
  • Contact details — the organisation's contact information.

Verification parameters

  • Domains and URLs — the addresses used for verification and redirects.
  • Default values — defaults for webhooks, verification links, and limits.

Every change takes effect after "Save" is clicked. Critical changes may require additional confirmation or a new sign-in.

Tenant settings can be changed only by users with the administrator role.

Billing and usage

In Billing and usage (/v1/billing), the tenant administrator can:

  • View the current billing plan and its limits (number of sessions, audit log retention, available features).
  • Track usage for the current period (KYC and KYB session counters, AML requests, etc.).
  • View the issued invoice history (invoices).

Data deletion requests

The Deletion requests section (/v1/deletion-requests) lists data-deletion requests for applicants and businesses. A request can be cancelled before its cancellation window closes; the actions are recorded in the audit log (deletion_request.created / deletion_request.cancelled).

BYOB storage (own S3 bucket)

KnowaKYC supports connecting a tenant-owned S3 / S3-compatible bucket (BYOB — bring-your-own-bucket). For the full description of the section (configuration create / validate / activate / rotate, health monitoring, data migration from shared storage, BYOB disable), see Tenant storage (BYOB).

Support

In Support (/v1/support), you can open a ticket with KnowaKYC support, hold the conversation in real time, and view the case history.
