Sessions
The Sessions section holds the full registry of tenant verification sessions. From here you view, filter, inspect, and manage sessions.
Session list
Sessions are shown in a table with the following columns:
- ID — unique session identifier.
- Created at — session start date and time.
- Status — current session state (in progress, completed, approved, rejected, expired, paused, cancelled).
- Current step — the step the session is on (for in-progress sessions).
- External user ID — user identifier in your system (external_user_id).
- Flow — name of the verification scenario the session was created from.
Filters and search
For large datasets, the following filters are available:
- By status — sessions in a specific status (in progress, completed, approved, rejected, expired).
- By date — session creation date range.
- By external user ID — find sessions for a specific user.
- By flow — sessions created from a specific scenario.
The list supports pagination with a configurable page size.
Session detail view
When you open a session, the page shows the following blocks:
General information
Session identifier, associated flow, current status, creation and completion dates, external user identifier, and device and browser information.
Documents
Documents and selfies uploaded by the user:
- Image thumbnails that open in full size (with the appropriate scope).
- Statuses of automated document checks (authenticity, quality, data consistency).
- Data extracted from the document (when OCR is available).
Timeline
Chronological sequence of session events:
- Session creation.
- Execution of each verification step.
- Automated check results (document, liveness, face match, AML).
- Manual review decision (when applicable).
- Session completion or cancellation.
Session actions
Depending on the current session status and your permissions, the following actions are available:
Pause
Pause an active session. The user cannot continue verification until the pause is lifted. Available for sessions in "In progress" status.
Resume
Lift the pause and return the session to the active state. The user resumes verification from the step at which it was paused. Available for sessions in "Paused" status.
Cancel
Fully cancel the session. Use it when fraud is detected, at the user's request, or in other situations that require halting verification. Cancellation is irreversible. Available for sessions that do not yet have a final status (approved / rejected).
Request an additional document
Send the user a request to upload an extra document. Available when the verification scenario supports additional document requests.
Route to manual review
Send the session to the Review queue. The assigned reviewer accesses all session data and decides approval or rejection with a comment.
OCR result editing (OCR override)
Through POST /v1/sessions/{session_id}/ocr-override, an operator with the right scope can amend data extracted by OCR from the document (full name, date of birth, document number, etc.) — for example, when recognition errors occur. After saving, the system generates the verification.ocr.corrected webhook event, and the action is recorded in the audit log.
Action availability depends on the current session status and your role.
