Dashboard
The dashboard is an analytics surface that summarises the tenant's verification operations. Use it for live monitoring, efficiency analysis, and reporting.
Key metrics
The top of the dashboard hosts cards with the main indicators:
- Total sessions — total number of verification sessions for the selected period.
- Session statuses — breakdown by status: in progress, completed, approved, rejected, expired.
- Applicant count — number of unique users who completed or are completing verification.
- Conversion — ratio of approved sessions to total sessions created, expressed as a percentage.
Metrics refresh every time you open the dashboard and can be recomputed for any time range.
Trend charts
The chart panel shows how indicators change over time:
- Daily and weekly trends — counts of created, completed, and approved sessions over the selected interval.
- Trends — visualisation of growth or drop in verification load.
Charts let you assess operation volume, identify peak periods, and forecast load.
Verification funnel
The funnel visualises how users move through the verification stages:
- Session creation.
- Document upload.
- Selfie capture / liveness check.
- Verification completion.
- Decision (approval / rejection).
Funnel analysis reveals the stages with the highest drop-off rate and informs flow optimisation.
Activity feed
The activity feed shows recent system events:
- New session creation.
- Decisions on manual review.
- Configuration changes (flows, webhooks, API keys).
- Invitations of new team members.
The feed keeps you informed about ongoing operations.
Real-time data
When there are active sessions, the dashboard displays live indicators:
- Number of sessions currently in progress.
- Current step-level activity.
Segmentation (breakdown)
Alongside aggregated indicators, the dashboard provides several breakdowns:
- By country (
/v1/dashboard/breakdown/country) — sessions and decisions split by document issuing country. - By device (
/v1/dashboard/breakdown/device) — split by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and operating system. - By document type (
/v1/dashboard/breakdown/document-type) — passports, ID cards, driver's licences, etc. - By rejection reasons (
/v1/dashboard/breakdown/rejection-reasons) — split by structuredreason_codefor rejected sessions.
Segmentation supports the same filters (period, flow) as the main dashboard.
KYB dashboard
For tenants that use KYB verification (legal entities), a separate dashboard is available at /v1/kyb/dashboard/* with the same metrics and segmentations, but computed for the businesses entity instead of the applicant.
Data export
Dashboard data is available for export:
- Select the time range to export.
- Choose the file format.
- Click "Export" to download the report.
Exported data can be used for internal reporting, efficiency analysis, and sharing with stakeholders.
Usage recommendations
- Use the dashboard for daily verification monitoring.
- Watch the funnel to spot problem stages in the scenario.
- Use data export to produce periodic reports.
